Some smart-*** questions come to mind, such as 'how can you be sure you're including ALL forms of discrimination in your campaign?' Then, something more measured, like, 'how each side of the issue ensure that once the dust setttles, the pendulum hasn't swung too far creating reverse-discrimination?' Or, 'In terms of legal constructive discrimination {ie: quadrupalegics cannot be active fire fighters because of the whole climbing ladders and carrying people thing,}) how can we make sure that the line between legal constructive and illegal destructive discrimination is clear and fair?'
Actually, I think spending an hour or so (at least!) simply chatting with such a person would be pretty educational.

Why is it that its always considered acceptable to slur and defame white males from a southern background? We are always fair game.
