can you file for bankruptcy ch13 after foreclosure to clear your debt and redeem your house it was sold in a sherriff sale.

no you cannot. you must first file just after you get a letter of foreclosure. im talking within 3 days.
then you might have a chance.then it depends upon the judge.

depends on your state, bankruptcy laws have changed drastically making it more difficult to file, speak to a bankruptcy attorney
