If there is no date on the paper, how can one find out exactly how old it is and who does one need to turn to to get it tested, if such a test exists?

There's carbon dating. It does something with analyzing the accumulation of carbon and other materials on and in the object itself, and then compares them to a graph of how long it takes for that level accumulation in that pattern to occur. From there an estimate is made on how old the object is. At least I think that's how it happens.... But I don't know who or where you would go to to get that done. But God Bless!
