Sounds like your talking about the revised version of "Over the Rainbow" (originally from the Wizard of Oz) it's on the movie "50 First Dates" with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore which was on recently, and there's a commercial for making Rice Crispy Treats that also plays the song. I like that version... it's kinda hypnotizing.

oh my god my ultimate favorite song. I walked down the isle to this song. It is Over the Rainbow by Israel "Bruddah Iz" Kamakawiwo ole. The song you are looking for is on his album titled Facing Future. Oh i love that song.
