They're all pretty scrawny lol... Probably Tsunade or Hinata for the girls, and Kakashi, Gai, or Asuma for the men. I'll get back to you when they finally reach puberty, lol.

I'm a guy so I am going to say Hinata. But if u want to get technical it has to be rock Lee and guy sensei because they train day in and day out harder then anybody else and put some serious strain on those muscles of theirs. so U know they are chiseled and strong
