I know his full name, approximate age, license plate number, cell phone number (private/unlisted), and city of residence, and that's all. He's so secretive about himself I think he has something to hide. He won't even let me know where he lives. I don't trust those online detective services. Any suggestions?

Don't be such a nosey-body. If you think he's hiding something then ask him what he's hiding. If you feel you're in danger from this person then contact your local authorities.
