Lamar Hunt will live on, through tales of his legacy that will be told for years to come, such as how he named the Super Bowl by watching his daughter playing with a "super ball". Also, the AFC champion receives the "Lamar Hunt Trophy", a further reminder of the great man and a nod to the AFL, a brainchild of his and the only real challenger to the NFL over the years (well, except for the successful CFL (canadian league), but who cares about that unless you live in canada?).
RIP, Lamar Hunt, and thanks for your contributions to the best sport in the world.
