Miscarriage Symptoms
If you are having a spontaneous miscarriage, you will probably have vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and cramping.

Bleeding may be only slight spotting, or it can be quite severe. Your health care provider will ask about how much you have bled—usually the number of pads you've soaked through. You will also be asked about blood clots or whether you saw any tissue.
Pain and cramping occur in the lower abdomen. They may occur on only one side, both sides, or in the middle. The pain can also go into your lower back, buttocks, and genitals.

You may no longer have signs of pregnancy such as nausea or breast swelling/tenderness if you have experienced a miscarriage.

Miscarriage Causes
Miscarriage is caused by the separation of the fetus and placenta from the uterine wall. Although the actual cause of the miscarriage is frequently unclear, the most common reasons include the following:

An abnormal fetus causes almost all miscarriages during the first 3 months of pregnancy (first trimester). Problems in the genes are responsible for an abnormal fetus and are found in more than half of miscarried fetuses. The risk of defective genes increases with the woman's age, especially over if she is older than 35 years.
Miscarriage during the fourth through sixth months of pregnancy (second trimester) is usually related to an abnormality in the mother rather than in the fetus.

Chronic illnesses, including diabetes, severe high blood pressure, kidney disease, lupus, and underactive or overactive thyroid gland, are frequent causes of a miscarriage. Prenatal care is important because it screens for some of these diseases.

Inadequate ovarian hormone production is one of the most common causes of a miscarriage.

Acute infections, including German measles, CMV (cytomegalovirus), mycoplasma ("walking" pneumonia) and other unusual germs, and severe emotional shock, can also cause miscarriage.

Diseases and abnormalities of the internal female organs can also cause miscarriage. Some examples are an abnormal womb, fibroids, poor muscle tone in the mouth of the womb, abnormal growth of the placenta (also called the afterbirth), and carrying too many babies for your system.

Other factors, especially certain drugs, including caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and cocaine, may be the cause.

I had a miscarriage years ago. It is THE most painful thing Ive ever had to deal with. I actually had convulsions, I was bleeding HORRIBLY and not until I went to the ER did I find out I was pregnant. Don't waste anytime. get to the doctor or ER right away. If the baby has died you need to let them do a D&C as you could develop infection or have permanent damage .I also went into a deep depression and I have been fortunate enough to have 2 BEAUTIFUL girls since then, so don't despair..you can have more kids.Good Luck

1.Oh, a miscarriage meening a dead fidus? Hmm.... i'm not to shure but bleeding doesn't sound to good and eventualy if the baby is dead a bunch of slime (dead fidus) comes out of the vagina after a while. And get a check up at the doctor and to see if the baby is coming a along good healthy ect...
2. Or to see if your pregnant? Well i've heard that dogs when there done going through heat (period) they react as if they were pregnant with puppies. Some hormone in the dogs body makes all the symtoms of being pregnant come true. Moring sickness, big nipples, puffy uterus ect.. but its called a false pregnancy, i'm not shure if it happens with humans... hmmm... so but pregnancy test or a doctors exam will work!!! lol i'm carrying on again!! later!!
3. Cramps, PMS, bloating, grumpy, red spots. discharge (a lot) (maby) body is ache!

With experience of six miscarriages, it always starts with sharp pains at the back extending to the abdomen. Then cramps of blood which come until you feel like its the baby wanting to come out, get to loo and the cramps of blood are released through the birth canal. This makes one feel thirst, dehydrated etc. its bad. better to give birth ten times than get one miscarriage. sorry for you but see a doctor to clean you up and be put on medicine for your health control.

had 5 myself and the main thing is terrible cramps followed by the bleeding, but bleeding alone does not necessarily mean your miscarrying so don't despair, just see a doctor as soon as possible. All the best.

Pain, pieces of the baby and or placenta passing through. Sounds horrible. I've never had one, but I'm told it is horrible. If you are having one, go to the ER. They might have to give you a D and C to get all of it out or an infection can occur.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/uhddK
