Of course; and it's even desirable. Then, you have the right hand and left hand on the same page!

You can, and quite easily to. There is ACCPAC software available that can help you network your staff. It's especially effective if you run a small business.

The advantage is basically a more efficiently run business, perhaps with a more moderate payroll roster. The risk is in the setup of your network. If the office management plan you are using is not communicated properly, there will be major mistakes made which can cost you a lot of money to fix. Make sure you plan an effective loss control strategy to compensate for any unexpected issues that may arise during this transition.

Good Luck.

Most stores do a 50% mark up on cables. So if you spend $100 on a cable - the cable cost the store $50 and they make an additional $50 profit. Stores have salesmen trained to 'scare you' into future-proofing your cable investment by buying their $100+ recommended cable. Some of them have "120 Hz" stamped in big letters to fool people into believing they have to buy this special cable to go with their new 120 hz television. This is a total lie - but they are allowed to get away with it. Amazon has a "Media Bridge" brand of HDMI cable that run from $9-$20 and seem to be well made. I wired up a daughters system with them.
