I had some brain twisting heavy thinking to do so I went along the gulf coast pre Katrina. I went alone so I could concentrate better. I had a lot of time to relax and made friends. I love this idea to get the brain back in control. Another time, I went to Mexico and relaxed.

To clear my mind I take a road trip exactly 41 miles. I have a cabin that I absolutely love to spend time at. It isn't easily accessible in the winter though--but I do make it up there a few times before the snow gets too bad.

Actually, because where I live is very crowded and many traffic jams. But, I do go and skate after a hard days work.
A road trip might also be a help if you do not drive, so you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

I take roadtrips for the fun of it. I love traveling. If I need to clear my mind I either go for a walk with a friend around midnight or I DDR to pound out my rage through my feet. It's quite fun.

Yes, it really do help clear your mind. Can try taking long walks & travel too. If not, buy a pet & talk to it.
