Florida. Wisconsin? what's there??
Florida rocks, it has beautiful white sand beaches and resorts, Miami Beach, hot nightclubs, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Key West and so many wonderful places and warm weather to enjoy.

I would choose Wisconsin because I like the cold better than the heat. I can cover up to get warm, but ya can't run around naked to get cool!!! happy holidays
