i just got one from some guy and o noticed she's missing 1 finger and other 2 seems to be injured.

No. Our friend owns a bearded dragon who was rescued from an abusive home that is missing several toes.

Nope, Tails that's it. I just seen an episode of Animal Cops where they rescued a bearded dragon and discussed this very issue as they noticed a big portion of his tail had recently fallen off one way or another and was growing back.

no...some lizards regrow tails, but that's it.
