My girlfriend recently had her arm start getting numb when she ran for more than 30 minutes. She works out 4 times a week for more than one hour, and eats healthy enough. Sometimes she misses a meal, but we usually eat healthy. Is this the cause of something to do with nutrition or something worse?

She needs to see a doc to get the best advice possible on this issue.
That said, there are some folks that have a tingling sensation on the skin, or an itching sensation when they work out. I could not tell you if this is her issue, no one can but a doc.
She needs to see a doc to rule out a circulatory problem such as a clot or a blockage, or a heart issue.
Good luck, HTH

That is a symptom of heartattack. Your girlfriend should go to an emergency room immediately. No matter how long it has been since she ran -- a heart attack can last for a long time. Send her now!
