Yes, you can. Some women have experienced bleeding resembling a period throughout a pregnancy. That and other factors have resulted in the rare experience where a woman has been surprised by giving birth, not suspecting pregnancy!

However, as I said, I think you'll find that is rare. There may be other reasons for your symptoms, such as a UTI (urinary tract infection). If your test at your doctor's office is negative, be sure to ask him or her to do some testing to find out the reason(s) for the fatigue and frequent urination.

Good luck! :-)

Yes-that is possible. My first pregnancy was like that. Apparently you already know what implantation bleeding is, so I won't get into that. But I also had a "period" at the time I normally would have after I knew I was pregnant. The body gets confused sometimes with the influx of all the new hormones. This doens't mean you ARE pregnant, but it is possible to have what appears to be a light cycle even if you are.

Anytime you have unprotected or protected sex you could get pregnant. Nothing is 100%. The reason women have frequent urination is due to increased pressure on the bladder which usually doesn't occur until later during pregnancy. Pregnancy tests at home can be fairly accurate, I would assume you aren't pregnant yet if the pregnancy test was negative.

I had implantation bleeding about a week after conception - it was VERY VERY light - and went away the same day.
