can any body give me a web site that teaches how to download using servers, upload websites and flash get?

i always see links ends with *****.rar.html and there is lots of things i want to download that looks like this links how can i do it.
and if there is a web site teaches u how to do it and wich programs to use. thank You

hi..
most of the files over the net uses .zip or .rar

.zip is winzip's extension
you can compress or uncompres using winzip

and

.rar is winrar's extension
you can compress or uncompress using winrar

the files which is zipped with winzip can be uncompressed in
winrar. but files compressed with winrar cant be extracted with winzip.
so prefer goin winrar.. it ll do it/./
