They surely can..they have the firepower to beat the Aussies..but all depends on what state of mind the guys are after 1st innings of the current match...if they can post a real good total then they can really pressurize the Aussies......

No way. Historic comeback is possible, but not with current england side. Do not think of miracles, thats not going to happen. The series will be decided by a margin of 5-0. Do not get overawed by the fact the Aussies are down 6 at 214. The fact is that they were down 6 at 172 and now have added 42 runs between Warne and Hussey. To me Aussies would score above 300 and england will be bowled out for less than 250 runs. The aussies would give a target of 400 runs for england to win in the last innings and you could imagine the result.

While England may be able to win one or two matches, winning the ashes series is defenitely out of their reach at this stage as they have already lost 2 matches.

i don't know. they can certainly win if they put a lot of effort in to it. but u said it yourself, they are 2-0 and it's going to be really hard to make a comeback considering they have to win all the 3 matches now.

i think it is impossible now .Although they are playing better AUSTRALIA is very hungry to take the revenge of the loss of last ashes series.Australia was leadin 2-0 ,so it is impossible for the english men to win .But they can restore their fame by winning the 3 test match

Bit harsh Dennis? .....Yeah they're right in the hunt - don't fancy their chances though. As a team when the going gets tough they lose belief in their own individual ability and thus the same in a team environment. NO,... I think the Aussies have more to lose by losing!!
