Could anyone offer me any information about the discovery of genotype or phenotype?

I just studied this topic in Biology 9 :)

Gregor Mendel (the father of genetics) was the one who discovered these 2 things. He used true-breeding plants. Also while doing this experiment, he found out that some traits are dominant and others recessive. But, there were some exceptions to his findings.

Genotype : xy been male Phenotype: BB for long hair basicaly phenotype is a physical thing of a human and genotype is like the formula eg. xx for female xy for male

Google the name "Gregor Mendel" and learn about his experiment with "peas". That's how he discover genotype and phenotype of pea plants. And that was how the subject of genetics came about.

I just studied this unit in Science, and just took an A test! I don't know. I don't know about the discovery. "Mendel and his Peas...? Gregor Mendel...I'm not sure.

a scientist breeded pea plants with some traits, with pea plants with other traits, and they had baby pea plants, the dominent allles showed up in the babies
