A gift card to Best Buy so he can out it towards his next purchase or a new CD he can listen to in his car stereo.

get him a part of a car stereo and every holiday(birthday, christmas ect.) give him another part of it so you spend a little money each time and you don't have to think of all the presents you have to get him
