I have to write an essay and I need 3 reasons for that

Lack of motivation: due to small financial gains (not making enough money), lack of recognition (not being rewarded for a job well done), lack of advancement.
Lack of benefits: Employees want the security of taking care of their family when they are sick through paid days off and medical insurance and/or during retirement.
Environment: People spend a lot of time at work so they want to work in a stress-free environment where they get along with the people around them.

more money, seek better environment, work hours, better work conditions, and people to work with that have their own interests.
