Is Mao (the communist ruler of China) similar to God? Mao wanted to create a country where everyone was equal. There was no poor or rich (Jesus wanting the rich to give up their money) he believed in health care for all (Jesus healed all people). He killed those who could not help him in his vision (God smites people all the time who disobeyed his will, God even flooded the whole world). Mao wanted to people to not take more than they needed he wanted to elimate currency and no longer have the need of locks on doors. Such as if you went into a store you can take whatever you want and nothing more , there would be no theifs or class of people such as mid class or high class or low(sounds like jerusalem). Mao was anti gay, mao was anti abortion, mao believed marriage to be a sacred thing. He believed murder is wrong but killing is okay (similar to god). Mao wanted people to worship him. Only God is all powerful and Mao was not. heh
Listen to Mao or jail, listen to God, or hell

mao set his own rules and so did god, mao obeys mao and god obeys god. Mao is loved by his own people and hated by others (communists=love, democracy=hate). A christian god is loved by his own ppl (christians) disliked by muslims, and other religions.

Communists are also atheists.

No. Communism is a set of rules and thoughts put together by man. God follows no one's rules save his own. And you may be confusing Jesus with his father. Jesus taught what he felt his father wanted and what he thought his father felt. But it was all from a terrestrial view point. God is the only one that really knows what God thinks and wants. So trying to compare Mao to God is ridiculous.

And I think that God knows Communism will not work. Communism breads slovenly ways. If you get what you need for nothing, why work for it? If you do a mediocre job and will not get fired, or advanced, why put out the extra effort? People are just to self centered to allow Communism to work. People need some incentive to succeed.

God does not follow the rules of man, Mao was a man. Mao did not rise from the dead for the sins of the world. Mao wanted uniformity under his thumb and control and was hated by millions.
Your analogy I can understand but why make the comparison?

You are really reaching here, but it is funny, however no way.
G-D or Supreme being would no more be a fanatic like Mao, there would be no need. And who said there is a hell. We make our own Jails and Hell. Man has a free will, remember.
Read "World as Will and Representation" by Arthur Schoepenhauer, and you will really get a lot from this book. It is considered one of the leading philosophies and psycological reasoning guide in the world.

The point for me is not to come up with big ideas and concepts, but to be able to implement them. Otherwise it is all thin air. As for the comparison thing, all'n'all we are living in a somewhat communist environment, although not in the strict sense that usually is ascribed to the word, and the forms of dominant religions have surely played a role in this

No.

Jesus was apolitical. If you read the gospels, you will find that out.

May you come to know the Lord Jesus and have peace.
