If you heard it (or saw it in chat or something), the speaker may be referring to the current President George W Bush... GW....another form of "Dubya" as a nickname? Altho I guess it should be 'Gee Dub'.
That's my best guess, but without knowing the context, everyone will just have to guess. For sure there's no English word 'geedeb'.
