By argument surely, of the lawyers who try the cases before them. Also, in my view principally, by the ideology the judges bring with them to the high court. One does not matriculate to the supreme court without having formed some strong opinions on the way.

Money is the big thing. Whether it be groups like the ACLU, who have the extremely wealthy supporting them, or flat out bribery. Judges, on all levels, have too much freedom to make bad decisions
There is a so much that needs correcting in our country. It's depressing. I feel so helpless. That all I can do is watch my country destroy itself. I hope I don't live long enough to see the end, but it is happening so fast.
