Hey, it really depands on the position you are applying for.
For management postition, it is good to know the following:
1) the management / corporate structure
2) the organisational goals / mission / objective
3) area of business
4) Core Strength & Weakness
5) Competitive advantages
6) Key competitors
For Technicians / Air Crew, it is good to know:
1) the job scope
2) area of coverage (destinations)
Remember to:
1) Dress smart
2) Present confident posture & Show commitment
3) Smile aways
4) Look interviewer in the eye when answering
5) Have copies of all your certificates

depends what kind of job u're interviewing for! are u interviewing for a job in singapore or off station?
if it's cabin crew, they are always on the look out for the X-factor. and u must show that u really want the job!
for management job, it helps if u have a 1st class hons or a masters. all their recruits in recent months have been from top universities with excellent grades.

just remember to give your 'warmest smile' to the panel of judges.
the questions they asked are usually random, so it's hard to determine. furthermore, even if you passed the 1st test, you may get 'drag down' by the fellow applicants on the 2nd.
never lie the obvious, for example: if they asked you if you have any obvious moles, don't say 'no' if there is. you may laugh, but many girls were disqualified because they lied when they do have a mole behind the ear or neck, etc...
so, give your common sense answers & hope for the best.
