Who else is ultra excited that he and Billy Corgan are working together again?
Oh, and does anyone know whether James and D'Arcy are involved in the new album from Smashing Pumpkins?

James Iha and D'Arcy havent respond yet, so its still unknown whether the reunite Smashing Pumpkins will be the old-line up
Im so super excited they're back again! cant wait for the 2007 tour and hopefully a new album for us!

I don't really have an opinion on top drummers (should I?) but Smashing Pumpkins are definitely my favorite band, and I can't WAIT to hear what comes of the new project! As far as I know, James Iha and D'Arcy are not involved. Yet, at least.

To answer your question nobody knows this cause I'm not trying to make a career but i am the best drummer! then Neil pert and if you like drummers check out the drummer from the band annihilator he is fast.as far as smashing pumpkins they rule and i dont know who they are involved with but they can involve with micky mouse and make it rock im looking forward to their next project as well

the entire album adore is somewhat slower...albeit darker My bloody valentine's complete album Loveless is common to be between the Pumpkins' chief influnces. Silversun pickups are also compared to the smashing pumpkins wish it helps =)

Nope. he's good, but Taz Bentley formerly of the Reverend Horton Heat is the greatest drummer ever.

no Neal Peart from Rush is the best drummer ever. and no i do not listen nor like Rush but he is the best drummer in the world Neal Peart. then Bonham from zeppelin

that's a good news, but as for me he's not the best drummer, but it's individual taste. I liked matt cameron from soundgarden, i got no idea where is he now
