As much as I hate to say it, racism will never end. All we can do as people is teach our kids to treat everyone with respect and love (as long as it's given back).

This issue has no solution. There will always be racism in one form or another. It could be lessened if people could take responsibility for themselves and work harder at loving your neighbor no matter who they are. We need to stop in races. Can you describe to me how a black man and a white man are different other than physical attributes? I don't think it is possible to do that because we are both humans. If everyone could see that love and hate or so close together only a small amount effort is needed to switch from hate to love. However it is human that everyone will have a reason, rather real or imagined, to be jealous of another person and so there will always be racism.

First we must overthrow the current government. Period. If you watch Ving Rhames movie "Animal" a line is repeated about keeping the light slave hating the dark, keeping the old slave hating the young, keep the male slave hating the female. The thing that made me most angry with this statement was the writer of this film failed to realize this wasn't a code to keep slaves in line. It was one used to keep all citizens in line. Me I hate racism, but I promise you I'm racist, why? I was raised in america. I watched a show one time about a scientist who studied racism in the recent past. He took children all under the age of five and with four dolls he quized them. (Know first to even type this I keep pausing and fighting back anger and tears.) The four dolls were a white male a white female a white female; a black male; a black female doll. The Dr would ask the black child, as young as three years old. "Pick out the good person" the child enthusiastically retrieved the white doll; "Who's the teacher" they choose the white woman; "who's the doctor" they choose the white male "who's the drug addict" they choose the black woman; "who's the hobo" they choose the black male, understand this is children the age of 2-5 and racism is there. The kicker and the heartbreaker was as the doctor finished he asked the child, who up until this point was happy to know it was giving the right answers. They asked the child one final question "which is most like you?" Some cried; Some sat and refused to grab a doll; Some Picked up the white male and held it up hoping to prove to the doctor they were a good person, I challenge you right now, send me an email saying this doesn't bother you, please include your address. Racism is embedded in every commercial you watch, every song you jam to, most movies, every show. To stop it we must restructure education. I work now and will until I die to create wealth to fight this subject. To restructure education. Not the hillbilliest racist in the mountains of mississippi; Nor the most thugged out saggied pants ganster sitting in a cell in whatever state he was raised in, could pass the new style polygraph, after ten minutes education about the reality of man. Bottom line, we must restructure our government which strives off racism and fear. Hence a republican is considered a "white" vote and a democrat is considered a "minority vote" Why? because they care nothing about us, nothing about our struggles, and not one iota about our childrens confusion on the subject. If you want change email me, maybe throughout the years we can establish something to fix it. Joelar88@yahoo.com but please don't be too vocal. The gov loves to remove its concerned citizens. Abraham Lincoln, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Bob Marley, David Koresh, Pat tillman, John Lennon, and thousands of others who only halfway made it to noteriety.

Saying that anybody can 'stop' racism is like saying that someone can stop you from urinating.

Racism's harmful effects can only be managed to minimise the hurt caused. Racism will never be 'stopped'.

good question...how do you change someone else? Kind of hard. All you can do is look after yourself and try to be a good influence on why people shouldn't be racist.

I've see people who are so against racism to the point that they become racist themselves...dont be one of those

ya cant change the way people believe. they learned that stuff from thier parents and they will teach it to thier kids. people are afraid of what they dont understand and it is human nature to cling to those who are the most similar to you. that means skin color for some people too. thats just the way it is. you will always have racism. so have fun trying to change human nature.
