I have 2 boys, 8 - 12 years, and enjoy playing video games and working around the house with them. Helping with homework when they need any and we sometimes like watching television, they like cartoons & wrestling.
Then about 7 - 8 PM after supper they get bathed and put to bed. We live a simple life pretty much like any other family around the world.

I'm an American. In my leisure time I read, play games, watch television, or maybe I'll see if I can go over to a friends house. We're just like any other people :)

Many Americans just work too much.
But watching a game or play ball with their small kids at the park seem to fit.
I see this a lot and it's nice.
