I saw those two kinds of expressions on the web and newspaper,but somehow i can not figure out what their difference is and if they are all correct.

Can i say "seriously-wounded girl" ?

it should be seriously wounded...no hypen between the words...
the hypen will only apply if there's a noun following the word... like "seriously-wounded girl"

The dash does not belong there. It is: seriously wounded.
