Answer to first question- None of course. People work hard to produce and make movies. If people were able to download them for free, they would never make any money.

aol has videos that you can download for free. i think it is like www.aol.com/movies it is advertised on MTV all the time. you can download movies, music...anything. as far as the ipod goes, you can buy any cover that is closed~face. meaning that there is a little piece of plastic that covers the face of the ipod
