Hey! I'm 5'6 and a half, 19, and weigh 210 pounds(Trust me I don't look that big)... now we're kind of in the same boat, I did Weight Watchers for 6 months and lost 50 pound and went down to 159 pounds, but then gained most of it back. I loved it, but got bored. Now I'm trying the no carbs, I do still eat a bit, I'm like you I LOVE PASTA! and I've been doing it for two weeks, and I am now at 10 pounds lost! And I actually haven't been doing that much exercise. What I do is eat Strawberry All Bran Bites in the morning, and that keeps me full until lunch, then I have a salad with some sort of meat in it, I usually put grilled chicken and cheese. And then for supper I have cut up veggies or fruit and more meat. Now I do try to drink 2 or 3 500ml bottles of water a day, but don't deprive myself of treats, I'll still have some chocolate or chips (in moderation) I tell my roommate to take it away haha! So you could modify things for yourself, I also find if I'm itching for sweets, eating a popsicle helps! they're only 60 calories each, and you can buy a box of 30 for like 5 bucks! haha! so give it a try, theres no harm in trying.
Goodluck!

hahaha ive had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM! ack!
i joined cross country, so that was like 5 miles of running nonstop per day
and
i forced myself to stop the sweets and carbs =( sniff
but really, if you only eat a little bit every now and then, its totally fine
so i lost a lot of weight! yay! its hard to start, for sure, but if you are totally determined, then after a couple of months, youll see dramatic results and youll feel totally great! and once you get a great metabolism (after a month or so of running) then you can pick up the sweets, but not too much =D
good luck!

There are pleeeentyyyyyy of girls who love tall adult men such as you, im no longer asserting all females, so i dont opt for some individual having a pass at me haha, yet there are a super type of girls which will love your top. i myself am short (im a woman) and although i wouldnt suggestions relationship somebody of your top, i continuously have been given the effect that the guy might have the project with the top difference. truthfully no one is watching you in a foul way. Many conventional top adult men opt for to be taller, so heavily, be pleased with your top and embody it! (no longer asserting theres something incorrect with short adult men, they're super too, its all own selection, and on the top of the day, top incredibly shouldn't count). you will "advance into your physique" because of the fact the asserting is going, so whether you sense unproportioned now (which i myself doubt you're, in simple terms your paranoia!) something will capture up etc etc. i myself does no longer suggestions a number of your inches haha, if purely it replaced into that easy!

i think it is ery good you do not hate yourself and if you are worryed about your weight cut back maybe alittle becasue i hate when people say oh stop eating so much..... thats like telling a person to quit smoking.. its not easy.. but just slowly cut back.. and maybe try to atleast walk 1 day a week or something. its not like you have to walk 5 miles everyday to be "active"..best of luck to you

I'm older, but in the same boat you are. I can't run because I have arthritis in my knees and it hurts. No time for the gym. And the foods that are good for us are too expensive.
