A Knights Tale... not sure how, but I read that in a tv guide
Paul Bettany plays Chaucer, two of the characters in the movie(Peter the Pardoner and Simon the Summoner) are charaters from The Canterbury Tales.

There was an old one on what used to be called "Family Classics"
It was either "Canterbury Tales" or "The Canterbury Ghost". I think it was the latter.
