i totally agree. People should not do good just to be considered good. But we should still do good never the less. I think this is good for all to read, not just conservatives. I think you are doing the judging part of the scripture. Judge not. As for turning the other cheek. That is good advice. Not as a nation but as an individual. I have walked from fights. But I dont think a nation should just get continually bombed because they "turned the other cheek". There is a difference. The difference is survival. Self-defense is good. If someone is attacking you and they are not about to stop, sometimes you fight back. If a country is being attacked continually, sometimes they have to fight back.

The problem lies within the fact that you've failed to differentiate fundamentalism from conservatism. And conservatives, and Republicans, are not all fundamentalists. 17% of fundamentalists approve of Falwell. Thats a very low "approval rating" of sorts, so don't go "judging, or you will be judged"
Yes, thats Mathew 7:1. The exact verse you used...hypocrite

Jesus grew to become into needless to say preaching out loud.

If you ever read the Bible you wouldn't be using it for your own agenda, you would be using it to spread God's Word leading people to Him. Not for your own political agenda. Now I'm going to have to pray for you!

Read the blessed book they claim to base their lives on? What? Surely you jest!
How about this verse: Leviticus 25:44 "As for your male and female slaves whom you may have: you may buy male and female slaves from among the nations that are round you."
