Quake Team Fortress - How to install?

Anyone remember the fps game, Quake Team Fortress? I was wondering if people still played that game and how i could get it back onto my computer. Installation steps?

after install copy the crack and it will start and if the install is stuck in b/w then scan it with mc affee

I bought it a few years ago with quake 3. you can now buy it with quake 1, 2 and 3 for $10.
