yes! I saw a national geographic issue about that a year or so ago, titled the secret of long life (or something similar) there were people in thier 80's and 90's and beyond who did stuff like water ski every day.

I had these customers where I used to work, who were 101 & 100. They were a married couple, and the old man drove them to see me!! I walked out to the parking lot to see his 1967 Cadillac, and there it was. They may have had some physical problems in their younger life, but it didn't appear that they had lost any of their faculties.

100 years is too much. I think u can definitely live such a life till u are 75. Sleep well, eat well and forget about all your worries. This will keep u going.
