Is there any way to fix a broken fastener (where the strap connects to the shoe) on a pair of crocs?

Yea, you contact the company (go to www.crocs.com) and let them know your rivet broke. They'll send you new ones. You take out the pieces of the broken one and throw them out. Then insert the new rivet just like the other side or rivets on the other foot and it's fixed.

take the shoe to a shoe repair store. They can fix whatever you want.

just take your strap off !
