ur right
i keep thinkin about that whenevr i hear his name
look how we are so lazy compared to him, and many of us enjoy having all their senses, he must have been ana amazing man.
not only was he blind, but he was poor as well, so he had unbelievable determination on gaining knoledge and didnt believe in "impossible" u know.
he didnt let his disability stand in his way and hold his talent.
i didnt read his biography before but i knew a little about his life from a tv series, made here in egypt, when i was a child, i also remember that his life wasnt easy, he faced many difficulties throughout his journey.
its a good thing to be inspired by him, goodluck with ur studies:)

Hi. Egyptian here.
This is the reason why he was so famous in Egypt and became the minister of education for some time.
You can read his book "Al Ayma" "The days" .It's an autobiography in which he talks about everything in his life.
I would be glad to help u with whatever I can. Contact me if u would like , and ask the right questions.
