For me, quitting my job and dropping out of the university did it. My life became crap.

I think most people have that happen. But, it is a different situation for each person. Having your life feel like crap could be anything from being involved in a murder or something like a leaky faucet the landlord would not fix.

Yeah. When I didn't pay rent for a few months straight and had to go to court. If the judge didn't grant me a stipulation agreement with my landlord I would have been evicted and totally screwed. It always worked out in my favor though.

It's felt like that a few times, but it never ended up that way. You will find a way to cope and adapt if things don't work out how you want or expect.
