Hi, I work in the evenings and am wondering if there are any gymnastics/free running classes around catford, se london.

Dunno if there is anything for free these days. Maybe try your local church and see what is put on in the hall. Apart from that maybe email Community Education whose head office is in Brockley but they have all kinds of classes all over Lewisham including Holbeach Centre, Nelgard Road and Culverley Road, two centres in Bellingham to name a few: [e-mail] or maybe check Lewisham college website at www.lewisham.ac.uk. I suspect you may not find anything for free although you will find many classes. Good luck anyway!
