Yes I've done that and I apologize to her everytime we talk because I wasn't their when my best friend needed me, instead I was getting drunk and being a man ( yuk ). But we are only human and far from perfect, but they never threw it in my face, but they are hurting me way worse and it's hard not to throw it in their's, but I've lied and done many other bad things.

No, I've never told someone that. I always tell myself that I will try my best not to hurt them because I care about them, but I haven't said it, I guess because it's a hard promise to make because people are fragile and it's almost inevitable

*** no. i never make a promise i can't keep, and i'd never tell anyone that i'd never hurt them cause that's the next best thing to impossible. when people care about each other they DO get hurt...usually not on purpose, but it happens, so why would u say it? you're just lookin to let them down if u do.
