Does the government give responsibilites to Canadian writers? ( e.g. writing politics) do u think they should?

Do you mean writing ethics? Every writer should embrace a certain set of ethics and should write using the prevailing moral code of the area he or she is in. Libelous writing should be dealt with immediately with stiff penalties for the author.
