Payton Manning, with a distant second being Ben Roethlisberger.

It's gotta be Tom Brady. You look at Peyton Manning, and you see a rock-solid running game in the Edgerrin James (previously) and Joseph Addai, and you have top-notch wide receivers in Harrison and Wayne. Manning has had and does have weapons. Brees has Reggie Bush on his team, and that's all they really need. Rivers benefits tremendously from defenses worrying about LT. But Brady doesn't have that "go-to" receiver. He doesn't have that outstanding running game to rely on. But he has more rings than every other starting QB in the NFL combined. Yeah, I'll take Brady.

Drew Brees....He took a 3 and 13 team from last season into a playoff contender along with leading the NFL in passing yardage. You can hate all you want but facts are facts. And to think nobody wanted him due to a shoulder injury at the end of last season. Their loss.

The difference is that when Tom Brady won the Super Bowls he had the offense around him. He had the go-to recievers (Troy Brown in his prime, Deion Branch), he had the running game (Antowain Smith and Corey Dillion when they were good and even now he has Laurence Maroney) and he had the O-Line

Peyton Manning no question...hes the best pure passer ever...hes going to break all of Mario's records but might not win a super bowl unless his manager cause put together a defense....if he wins a super bowl he will go down as the best QB ever...

Sorry. I'm even a Bears fan, and I couldn't do that with a straight face.

I'm gonna go with Peyton Manning.
