i cant open my inbox...and my sister send me very important file...how am i going to open that mail?

Are you talking about your Yahoo mailbox? Outlook Express?

What happens when you try to open it? Errors?

Before going too far, try shutting off the computer, turning it back on and trying again.

If that doesn't work -- and it is something like Outlook or Outlook Express, you could try using the service at www.web2mail.com to get your message for you...

You could also have your sister send it to you at a different address (takes 5 minutes to set one up on Yahoo..)
