First, let's clarify your question. You probably meant deserted island, not desert island. Deserts are arid and you would probably be getting a sun tan. If you meant deserted island, the whole damned world would be deserted as you would be the last person on earth.
Now for the answer: I would drive around naked in a convertible or a motorcycle. The breeze might be a pleasant experience. I'd go to gourmet food stores and pig out, go to expensive car dealerships and try all the exotic rides. then drink some of the best wines and pee in the street. Before dark I'd collect a lot of guns and ammunition to fend off the creatures of the night from a secure location.
In the days that followed I'd just wait to die of radiation sickness like everyone else.
