They are not twinkling but they are there. I do keep white lights up around the ceiling of my kitchen year round.

Yes I do about 1,000 of them, but only for christmas, I couldn't pay the electric bill for all year. But I know what you are saying.

Nope... at eastser there bunny lights and halloween there ghoul lights and at thanksgiving there pilgrim lights and at christmas there jesus lights!
