Yes. I used to live in Riverside. If you are taking the 78 to 215 to 15 then you are going through it. I have two recommendations. If you like to stick to a popular name or chain there is-
Ruby's Tyler Mall
(951) 359-7829
www.rubysrestaurant.com
1298 Galleria At Tyler
Riverside, CA 92503

A local favorite is-
Zorba's Restaurant
(951) 686-5830
450 Iowa Ave
Riverside, CA 92507

If you are making the drive any time during the week, except maybe 3AM Sunday night, make a made dash to get through Riverside traffic! If you can wait, I do recommend waiting until you get to Barstow. It is usually considered the halfway point from San Diego to Vegas, and has plenty of restaurants. Make sure you exit Lenwood to find the main strip of restaurants.

Other options, shoot for a local restaurant in Escondido, Temecula (I like Mimi's off of the Winchester exit), or Riverside (watch out for horrendous traffic!).

If you can wait a REALLY long time, you could stop at the border of CA/NV in Primm, NV and get a VERY cheap breakfast at one of the casinos. There will be a huge sign telling you their daily specials.
