Say things like, My weaknesses are..."I get too caught up in my work" or "I'm a perfectionist"..."I can't stand to leave things unfinished"....things like that. Strengths, "Work well with others...team player...punctual, etc.

what type of Interview?

You should explain your strengths, which mean that u r hard worker,deoted in work , flexible with time and location, self motivated, tireless worker, u can lead a team aswell as u r a good team player, ego less person.

weakness - don't mention any weakness unless they asked u to specify, don't hide or don't say i don't have anyweakness. give any one which should be acceptable like

i won't let my team member to be ideal with out doing any thing.

i won't like to be ideal, or i will do all workes in my team this may cause some problem to me


All of this u have to explain these with an examples.

they will ask how u r saying u r good team player. u have to say it with an examples

List weaknesses that you can turn into strengths ... like being a perfectionist or being too determined. Honesty and efficiency are two strengths that potential employers like to hear.

Spelling "interwiew", for instance. It shows your creativity.

Say that some times you are too much of a perfectionist,,and that it can get annoying sometimes but you have to do the job properly.
