I have a friend who's car was hit in my driveway while my landlord was out of town. We tried to find out who it was but never did!!! Now my landlord is back and says that my friend is no longer aloud over here. He also says that he will kick me out if he sees him here my lease is up at the end of this month 12-06 what should i do he is my best friend and comes over a lot.

No, he can't, unless your friend is causing problems or danger to the building or the other tenants.

My guess is the landlord knows who hit your friend, and wants to keep him from finding out himself.

no, the landlord cannot. just make sure he doesn't spend the night or the landlord might have a case as in he rented to 1 person and not 2 etc. dont play loud music and be respectful, it's almost over.....ps. take pictures when you leave, do not trust this man to refund your deposit...

Yes. He can and can evict you if you do not follow his directive.
