Well, everyone took it to mean that Jay - Z had problems (many of them) but having a female was not one of them.
Jay-Z said that the song is actually about 3 different kinds of b*tches. A jerk cop, a punk guy and I forgot the other one. Just listen to the lyrics and you'll see. So, he actually meant he has no problems handling the b*tches in his life.
