I always listen online - saves me having to twiddle any nobs!

Err perhaps I ought to clarify that ... I mean you don't have to tune in any stations! LOL

Just type which station you want to listen to on Google. Most of the main radio stations have online listening available!

No idea sorry! Sing to yourself for a while or recite the news until a clever person gives you the answer......can't help being thick!
