If you really know what their needs are, the product or service will sell itself. They are standing in front of you - so they must be there for a reason. hi mr rakesh first thing is when u talking with the customers stay patient. dont interpt their questions r answers. then u have give him some respect talk with them. when u r a sales person u have to give him a samples. ask them to try it. if he dosent agree dont furious about him k. maketing means not only sellint the goods man. it is also a experience to u k.
