Yes. two reasons:
1. Jesse McCartney is not hot
2. Hayden Christensen is the cutest movie star in existence. I'm not in love with him. But he's adorable. And a certain someone I know looks exactly like him. Which proves his adorableness.
Again I say- yes. Hayden is hotter than Jesse Whats-his-face.

Its really each to there own i might think someone is hotter than someone else. But to answer your question in there own way each guy is "hot". but in my mind i would say Jesse i liked him in summerland and i havnt seen hayden in anything coz i dont watch starwars
